Este domingo 27 de marzo se llevó a cabo la 94ª edición de los Premios Oscar en el ya tradicional The Dolby Theatre en Los Ángeles, California.

Esta edición galardonó a lo mejor del cine estrenado entre enero y diciembre de 2021 y contó con tres maestras de ceremonia: Amy Schumer, Regina Hall y Wanda Sykes.
La lista de nominados estuvo encabezada por el film “The Power of the Dog” con 12, aunque solo ganó en la categoría de Mejor Director, para Jane Campion, quien se convirtió en la tercera mujer en llevarse este galardón después de Kathryn Bigelow por “The Hurt Locker” en 2010 y Chloé Zhao por “Nomadland” en 2021.
Mientras que la producción “Dune” fue la más premiada de la noche con seis: Mejor Edición de Sonido, Banda Sonora, Montaje, Diseño de Producción, Fotografía y Efectos Visuales.
