“Totalmente inaceptable que Nicolás Maduro y sus matones detengan a Cody Weddle por informar sobre el regreso exitoso del legítimo presidente venezolano Juan Guaidó”, escribió Scott en un mensaje en su Twitter.

En otro apartado de su mensaje, exigió su inmediata liberación:
“¡Debe ser liberado inmediatamente y los Estados Unidos no soportarán este tipo de intimidación!”, acotó.
