John Bolton, asesor de Seguridad de EE. UU., expresó su respaldo al presidente interino Juan Guaidó y rechazó unas posibles elecciones anticipadas de la Asamblea Nacional (AN) como pretende el régimen.

Este lunes, medinate su cuenta Twitter, Bolton destacó que EE. UU. «apoya totalmente la decisión del presidente interino Guaidó de oponerse a las elecciones legislativas anticipadas supervisadas por el régimen ilegítimo de Maduro».
«No puede haber elecciones libres o justas mientras Maduro permanezca en Venezuela», afirmó.
Agregó: «Estados Unidos continúa facilitando la provisión de alimentos, agua limpia y servicios de salud, y ha autorizado exenciones de sanciones para ciertas organizaciones humanitarias. Seguimos comprometidos a ayudar al pueblo de Venezuela a superar la crisis provocada por Maduro«.
