La semana pasada, el Gobierno del presidente Donald Trump impuso sanciones a varios magistrados del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia de Venezuela que implicaban el congelamiento de sus cuentas en el exterior, después de las polémicas sentencias de la Sala Constitucional que dejaron sin efecto las decisiones de la Asamblea Nacional.

Estos mismos magistrados de la Sala Constitucional, en ponencia conjunta, emitieron este martes una sentencia contra los alcaldes de Chacao, Hatillo, Baruta, Los Salias y Carrizal del estado Miranda y Libertador, Alberto Adriane y Campo Elías de Mérida, en las que prácticamente les exigen de facto impedir las protestas, impedir el cierre de vías y los amenazan con cárcel hasta de quince de meses de prisión.
